Trust

Terms of service

Pilot terms for the QuadRupleLabs Trust Desk. Where a signed pilot agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over this page.

What this service does

The Trust Desk helps your team answer buyer security and AI-governance questionnaires from evidence your own organisation has uploaded and approved. It retrieves passages from that evidence, drafts a grounded answer, and routes anything unsupported or contradictory to a human. It does not certify your organisation and it does not produce legal or compliance advice.

Your responsibility for answers

Every response sent to a buyer must be reviewed and approved by a named person in your organisation. Approval is recorded against that person. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the evidence you upload and of the answers you release, including answers that were drafted with model assistance.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you are not permitted to process, do not attempt to reach another workspace's data, and do not use the service to generate claims your organisation cannot evidence. Automated probing, load testing and attempts to bypass rate limits or approval controls require written permission first.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for who you invite into a workspace and for the role you give them. Owners and admins can change workspace settings, including AI processing and retention. Access is enforced by the database, so removing a member removes their access immediately.

Your content

Your uploaded evidence, questions, drafts and approvals remain yours. We process them to operate the service as described on the privacy page. We do not use your content to train models.

AI limitations

Model output can be wrong. The service is built to refuse rather than guess: where evidence is missing, expired, out of scope or contradictory, it returns a blocked or evidence-required state instead of an answer. That design reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of an incorrect answer reaching a buyer, which is why human approval is mandatory.

Availability and support

This is a pilot service. It is provided without a contractual uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Planned maintenance and provider incidents can interrupt drafting; approved answers and exports remain readable.

Fees

Pilot pricing, AI usage budgets and any overage handling are set in your pilot agreement. The workspace enforces a monthly AI spending ceiling that an owner or admin can change in Settings.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end a pilot with written notice. On termination you can export your questionnaires and answers, and a workspace owner can delete all customer content from Settings. Audit records and a record of the deletion are retained so the deletion remains provable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the pilot period in which the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be notified to workspace owners before they take effect. Continued use after that date means the updated terms apply.
