Enterprise trust operations

Source-grounded enterprise responses. Human-approved trust.

A governed workflow for security and AI questionnaires: ingest evidence, keep it approved and fresh, retrieve only what is authorized, and never publish a claim your own documentation does not support.

QuadRupleLabs builds tooling that helps organizations answer compliance questions from their own evidence. We make no certification claims of our own on this page — any certification, audit or compliance status shown inside the product belongs to the customer organization that uploaded the supporting evidence.

How responses stay defensible

Source-of-truth hierarchy

Approved policy outranks architecture docs, registries, contracts and drafts. A newer document never silently overrides a more authoritative one.

Conflicts block, never guess

When two authoritative sources disagree the response is blocked and both claims are shown with version, effective date, owner and approval status.

Untrusted document handling

Uploaded files are treated as data, never instructions. Retrieved text can never take a privileged position in the prompt.

Evidence provenance

Every customer-facing claim traces back to an approved, in-scope, unexpired evidence record inside your own organization.

Human approval is server-enforced

Critical claims, conflicts and missing evidence can never be auto-approved. Backend rules are authority; the interface is only convenience.

Isolation by default

Row-level policies scope every document, embedding and file to one organization. Demo data can never reach a production questionnaire.

Preferred failure mode

When evidence is missing, expired, out of scope or contradictory, the system returns “Unable to safely answer” and routes the question to a human — instead of producing a confident enterprise claim nobody can defend.
